The Women's Ministry of Sugar Land Baptist Church exists to meet the needs of women, helping them to grow in faith, fellowship, and service to others.  The Women's Ministry Mission Statement is:  To encourage women's faith in Jesus Christ to mature by providing opportunities for spiritual growth through prayer, Bible study, service, worship and fellowship resulting in changed lives and reaching other women for the Kingdom of God.

• Women in the Word exists to minister to the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of women of all ages from Sugar Land and the surrounding areas by providing a variety of Bible studies throughout the week so the women can grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ, learn His direction for their lives through His Word, and be His disciples. Contact Danna Walton for additional information.
• MOPS is for Mothers Of Preschoolers, birth through kindergarten, and seeks to encourage moms toward their potential as women and mothers in Christ.  Meetings are on Friday mornings twice a month and include discussion time with mentors who are moms who have already been through some of the issues new mothers face, speakers, crafts, games, devotions and prayer time.  Space is limited and childcare is provided.  For more information, contact . 
• MOMSNext helps equip and encourage mothers in the next phase of mothering, raising elementary-age children.  Meetings include devotions, mentoring by seasoned mothers, round table discussions on parenting topics and book studies and light snacks.  This group meets on Friday mornings during the school year with childcare provided as space is available.  For more information, contact .
• CARE means Casseroles Are Ready Everywhere!  This ministry provides for the body and spirit by preparing meals for families in need.  Dedicated volunteers prepare and freeze casseroles to be distributed to those who could be blessed by the extra help and encouragement.  To help prepare a meal or to express need for meals, contact (281.980.7665).
